A study of depth and bold contrasts, Ksenia Sizaya's "Luthyia" makes a dynamic statement. The artist applies paint expressively, using brushes, palette knives, combs and spatulas to create loose, playful lines. "Skating on an outdoor lake leaves a path behind you, creating a human drawing on the landscape," Sizaya explains. "When the ice is fresh, it is like skating on a gemstone." CB2 exclusive.
