Inspired by a sculptural aesthetic, Patrick St. Germain explores organic texture and tonal contrast on a large scale in "Tribus." The artist layers sand, acrylic and epoxy to build contrasting textures and bold forms. "I wanted to feel like it was carved into a shape," he explains. CB2 exclusive.
Patrick St. Germain is a Montreal-based artist who works mostly with acrylic paint, resin, metallics and pastels. He describes his style of art as primarily abstract, textural and complex. "I love to explore the grandeur of nature by weaving abstraction and landscape into my own personal visual language."
