How do I find a specific item?
No matter what page you're on in our website, there are always three easy ways to find exactly what you're looking for. Every page gives you the option to enter a Search, to Shop, or to access our Site Map. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, the catalog number, or the item SKU number into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page. You can also browse for an item by selecting one of the categories on the top of every page(i.e. eat, sleep, etc). Or you can click on the Site Map appearing at the bottom section of every page. A list of Categories to choose from will appear to assist you in locating the item you're interested in.

You can type in the exact name or catalog number of the item into the Search field appearing in the upper right hand section on every page of our website.

It's easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart.A Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping As A Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order and you're all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction.You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly. Why this is safe. You can also place your order by calling us at 888-780-5928.

All current CB2 merchandise may be purchased in our stores, of course pending availability. While you can purchase most items and take them home with you for immediate gratification, some things like furniture, lighting, rugs and other large items are available for delivery only.Our store associates will arrange for delivery in the most economical way possible from the warehouse closest to your home.

You can check for a message about assembly in your cart or throughout checkout. Items with no message do not require assembly. Items with the message, “Assembled for delivery to Postal Code…” will be assembled by one of our In-Home Delivery specialists. Any other messages indicate customer assembly.

Add items to your cart. Click the store Pickup button on the Cart page and select your local store. Complete your order online. You may go to the store after you receive the "Ready for pick-up" email or text. Bring your "Ready for pick-up" email or text to your selected store to pick up your items.

Yes. Simply indicate the name of the person who will be picking up your order during Checkout. He or she will be required to present the "Ready for pickup" email to pick up your order.

Our store associates will automatically package your items in a way that will make them safe for you to transport. If you prefer to have your items boxed in a specific way, you will have the option to ask the store to call you for directions in Checkout.

In checkout, there is an optional box to enter your mobile number. By doing this, you will receive a text asking you to approve receiving texts about your order. Text messages will be sent to alert you each time part of the order is ready for pick up but no more than 6 alerts per order. Terms and condition apply.

You will receive an opt in text asking you to reply yes to receive texts. By replying yes, you are agreeing to receive texts about your order. You will receive texts each time an item is ready for pick up. By not responding or by responding STOP, you will not receive any texts related to this order.

You will only receive texts related to the order you are placing for store pickup. Future online store pick up orders will again ask if you would like to receive texts for the new order in the checkout process.

Please show your "Ready for pickup" email (print out or on your mobile device). This will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready.

Any CB2 associate can direct you to the area where you can pick up your order, which will be packed and ready for you. Backdoor pick up service is also available - just call the store 15 minutes before you plan to arrive.

We will hold your items for 7 days from the date of Ready for Pickup email. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and payment refunded.
Back to TopWhat if my items are on backorder at the store?
If the items you purchased are on backorder, you will see an estimated time of arrival date instead of a date and time to pickup your order. When your items arrive in stock at the store you will receive a "Ready for pickup" email. If you have multiple items on backorder that come to the store at different times you can pick up as the items arrive or wait until your whole order is ready for pickup.

Store pickup may not be available for certain items, due to low quantities or oversize dimensions, not stocked at stores.
