Your CB2 purchase will arrive ready for gift giving in one of our shipping boxes. We will be happy to enclose a gift message and festive CB2 gift tissue free of charge with any order.

As a courtesy, prices will not be shown for orders with a gift message. Important: Please include your name in the gift message so that the recipient can easily identify you as the sender.

You will be offered Gift Messaging as an option in Checkout on the Delivery page.

sending gifts to multiple addresses?

If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.

Our Gift Cards arrive in an attractive folio with your personalized message. CB2 Gift Cards are available in any amount and are redeemable online and in CB2 stores.

Our Gift Cards are presented in an envelope with a letter and your personalized message. Gift Card orders received by 2 pm PT will be shipped out the end of the following business day. Standard Canada Post or Courier delivery is CAD 2.00 and should arrive within 4–9 business days. Express delivery is CAD 15.99 and will be delivered in 2–3 business days (tracking included.)

Give a Gift Card or send an eGift Card. It will be delivered by email to the recipient within 2–4 hours.

returns and exchanges

The short story is you have 90 days within receipt of your purchase to make a return on most non-furniture items. For furniture returns or exchanges, please call us within 7 days of receipt at 888-780-5928 so we can advise you on how to make your return within 90 days of receipt.
